‘that’ feeling

wonder how a chance encounter, a casual meeting with a particular person throws a complete spanner into the normal running of your life….

especially when, after long discussions and analyses with yourself, you’ve come to the conclusion that the said person is completely wrong for you….. the least of the reasons for which are that he’s not available no more…. just that essentially he’s all wrong .. for u atleast…

why then, i wonder, does this encounter bring back the memories, the anticipation, the ‘what-if’ games you’ve played with yourself, ages ago… and leave you with ‘that’ feeling – the one that brings out all the negativity in you… making you feel like ther’s someone else inside you, not the ‘you’ you know…

man… women are complex!!

“That Feeling” is something even guys go thru for that matter.. and there is a reasonable scientific biological explanation which can be pretty boring to hear. A heart comment is always more warm and all that has to be said is that it is the little bits of love that we had showered on those people that say hi back to our hearts when we meet them casually and but naturally we treat them as our long lost friends sometimes treating them to salt water treats ..(LOTR: for not all tears are evil) I believe that in love,To have even imagined something is to have lived it.

Very brave post, considering the type of friends who frequent this place (like me :P ). You’re just asking to have your case taken.
    But,
    I won’t.
    Nice one.

It’s called reminiscing. Happens when certain neurons fire in sequence, probably due to some stimulus which is common with the event (in the past).
    Pretty boring an explanation, no?

It’s what makes humans so interesting :)
